Maintenance Millwright  We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Millwright to join our Maintenance team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all mill machinery and equipment. If you are a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to minimizing downtime, we want to hear from you.  Minimum Requirements

• 3– 5 years of experience in a comparable maintenance or millwright role.
• Vocational or trade school degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical fundamentals.
• Experience with electrical construction and installation.
• Proficiency in repair, design, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, and carpentry— preferably in the sawmill industry.
• Understanding of safety rules, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to reduce downtime and maintain efficient operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods on hard surfaces.
• Ability to lift, carry, and rotate loads up to 100 lbs (with assistance when required).
• Comfortable working in hazardous or challenging environments, including high heat, humidity, cold, wind, confined spaces, heights, loud areas, dusty or wet conditions.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
