We’re looking for dependable, safety‑minded welders who want steady work, solid pay, and a team that values craftsmanship.
? What You’ll Do
• Apply welds using a variety of methods and techniques
• Lay out and fit materials for production
• Move materials (with or without lifting equipment)
• Grind and prep parts for fabrication
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
• Work overtime when needed
• Pitch in with additional tasks as required
? Physical Requirements
This is a hands‑on, active role. You should be comfortable with:
• Lifting 60+ lbs
• Climbing, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
• Working in loud environments
• Occasional overtime and weekend shifts
? What You Need to Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass the CBSS Weld Test
• Strong English reading and communication skills
• Ability to read shop drawings, use a tape measure, and work with fractions
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in steel fabrication
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Hands‑on mechanical or fabrication experience
• Previous welding or industrial production background
