❄️? Insulation & Weatherization Technician – Augusta, ME ??If you’re handy, energetic, and ready to help homeowners stay comfortable year‑round, this might be your perfect fit. ? Pay$22–$25 per hour based on experience
? What You’ll Do
  • Use basic carpentry skills to improve home performance
  • Apply insulation and weatherization techniques to boost energy efficiency
  • Work within a crew — and possibly lead one if you’ve got the background
  • Help make Augusta homes safer, tighter, and more comfortable
? What You Bring
  • Knowledge of residential home construction
  • Experience with insulation, air sealing, or weatherization
  • Crew lead experience is a plus
  • Certifications are helpful but not required — a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way
