Responsibilities: • Install and set up water filtration and radon mitigation systems, adhering to manufacturer instructions, industry standards, and local regulations.• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on existing water filtration and radon mitigation systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.• Conduct water quality tests and radon measurements using appropriate equipment and techniques, accurately assessing contamination levels and recommending suitable solutions.• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining water and radon issues, system installation and maintenance procedures, and providing recommendations for system upgrades or modifications.• Identify and diagnose issues with water filtration and radon mitigation systems, utilizing problem-solving skills to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of system installations, service visits, repairs, and customer interactions. Provide detailed reports and documentation to support warranty claims, system performance evaluations, and customer communication.• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety protocols during system installations and service visits, prioritizing the safety of customers and team members.• Maintain inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies, coordinating with the appropriate personnel to ensure timely replenishment. Qualifications: • Prior experience in water filtration and/or radon mitigation systems installation and service is highly desirable. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of water filtration and radon mitigation systems, their components, and installation requirements. Familiarity with water testing procedures and equipment is advantageous.• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement appropriate solutions.• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally and empathetically.• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance, installation & documentation.• Valid Driver' s License: Possession of a valid driver' s license with a clean driving record is required.• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physically Physical Requirements: Bending, twisting, reaching, siting, standing for 4+ hours We are an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
