Candidates should be comfortable in a physically active environment and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Unpack incoming shipments and restock inventory
- Operate warehouse systems and scanners using basic computer skills
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Work independently as well as within a team setting
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle moderate physical labor
- Able to work in various temperatures, including warmer or cooler warehouse environments
- Use of hands and arms for handling, picking, packing, and operating equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
