- Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments
- Stock, organize, and rotate inventory in appropriate storage areas
- Prepare and stage products for order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Support team members with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and follow company procedures
- Follow all safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors
- Perform duties independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day
- Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Able to work in environments with varying temperatures
- Regular use of hands and arms for handling materials and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer and scanning skills
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus, but not required
