Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service? We're looking for a compassionate Temporary Member Service Representative to join our team. Location: Portland, Maine   in-personDuration: 3-6 monthsPay:  19.22 – 24.88    Required
  • Computer skills - Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn and adapt quickly to new applications, and an understanding of telephonic systems, call recording, and tracking systems.
  • Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
  •  Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining focus on department objectives.
  • Ability to function independently and within a team.
  •  Detail and deadline oriented.
   Education/Experience
  •  High School diploma or equivalent.
  •  Post-secondary education is preferred.
  •  2+ years’ experience in Customer Service
