Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate information/documentation in all systems and databases
Being able to service all members via telephone, writing, and in person communication
Helping Member Service Representative II for support when needed
Being able to coordinate inquiries with other departments
Overall, support our Health Plan members to ensure full member loyalty and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Customer Service
Detail- Oriented
Work Independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of computer systems (MS Office Suite)
Having interpersonal skills
Staying organized in a fast paced environment.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience in customer service.
