Inside Sales Representative I? Portland, MEPosition SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative I is responsible for engaging with prospective customers to increase sales, drive customer satisfaction, support member retention, and ensure compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for individuals seeking information about health plan products and enrollment options.Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales activities via phone, email, and in-person appointments.
Educate prospective members on available health plans and enrollment options.
Complete enrollments and follow up on sales opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in all systems.
Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to meet performance goals.
Meet or exceed sales, quality, and productivity metrics.

QualificationsRequired
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Preferred
Post-secondary education.
Licensing RequirementsUpon hire, candidates must obtain and maintain:
State Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
Required continuing education credits.
Annual Medicare Sales Training and Certification.
Annual product-specific certification exams.
