Job Description

Technical Sales Representative ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Communicate product offerings to customers.
Respond to sales inquiries with accuracy, speed, and effectiveness.
Review contracts, address design and technical questions, and project status updates.
Log and follow up on quotes, orders, shipping, and other periodic reports.
Maintain communication and expedite other departments for a quote and order fulfillment.
Develop knowledge of product lines, pricing, delivery time, and other data as required.
Maintain ownership and oversight of all customer requests and concerns until completed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree with applicable experience preferred.
Fluency in other languages and/or international business experience a plus.
Must be mechanically inclined with strong communication and organizational skills.
Highly motivated team player with the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, hard-working, self-starter with multitasking capabilities.
Computer/software literacy a must, working knowledge of M2M is advantageous.
