  • Lead the charge on curb installation and earthwork projects like a seasoned general.
  • Lay out jobs with laser precision (figuratively and literally).
  • Keep your crew safe, productive, and maybe even smiling.
  • Operate and oversee heavy equipment like a boss.
  • Communicate clearly with the office, PMs, and subs—no smoke signals required.
  • Track labor, materials, and equipment like a construction accountant.

You Bring:
  • You must have at least 3–5+ years of experience in earthwork or civil construction to qualify for this job (curb experience = gold star).
  • Leadership skills that inspire confidence and maybe a little awe.
  • The ability to read site plans and set grades like a cartographer with a mission.
  • A valid driver’s license (CDL? Even better).
  • OSHA certification preferred—because safety isn’t optional.
