If you’ve got a sharp eye for precision and a passion for shaping the ground beneath our feet, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taming backhoes, skid steers, and excavators like a pro.
- Grading and shaping curbs to spec - because close enough isn’t good enough.
- Reading site plans, grades, and elevations like they’re your favorite novel.
- Keeping your equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and safety checks.
- Teaming up with site supervisors and concrete crews to keep projects on track.
What You Bring to the Table:
- You must have at least 3+ years of experience operating excavation equipment to be considered for this job (bonus points for curb work).
- A knack for fine grading and an eye for slope, drainage, and alignment.
- Blueprint fluency and grade stake literacy.
- A commitment to safety and precision.
- A valid driver’s license (CDL? Even better).
