Job Description
Our customer in beautiful South Bristol, ME is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for their busy Co-Op. This is a Full Time, Temp to Hire assignment and the hourly rate is based on experience.
* A degree in Accounting is required* Proficient with Quickbooks is required* Experience in the lobster and co-op industry is preferred.* Experience in restaurants, customer service, office administration, management and bill collecting is required.* Oversee all accounting work, run reports, analyze financial statements, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll.* Advertising online* Oversee all licenses and daily entry of vessel trip reporting to NOAA. Also maintain inventory, ordering and receiving.* Managing the restaurant including cooking, serving, taking orders, scheduling, cleaning and stocking* Attending the monthly board meetings with 10 board members.* Additional duties may be required and change with the season* Filling in when the facility is short handed is required.
