Kettle Room Operator
We’re looking for a reliable Kettle Room Operator to join our production team! This hands‑on role keeps our plant running smoothly by mixing, sorting, and cooking ingredients in kettles, operating equipment, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
What You’ll Do
  • Operate, set up, and disassemble kettle room equipment
  • Mix and sort ingredients to produce work‑in‑process and finished goods
  • Load/unload materials and package products from racks or pallets
  • Transition into sanitation duties as directed by the supervisor
  • Follow GMP, SQF, and safety rules — PPE required
  • Perform RedZone checks and report any food or human safety concerns
