JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Operate tractors, harvesters, planters, and other farm machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
  • Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
  • Follow safety protocols and production schedules
  • Work in varying weather conditions and field environments

Skills:
  • Experience operating farm or heavy equipment preferred / 2 years experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
