Help Wanted: Retread Tire Technician
Because not all heroes wear capes—some wear steel-toe boots and handle hot rubber like pros. Are you the kind of person who sees a worn-out tire and thinks, “I can fix that”? Do you enjoy the smell of vulcanized rubber in the morning? Can you lift 75 - 100 lbs. like it’s a sack of marshmallows and don’t mind breaking a sweat while working near in a hot chamber of tire transformation? We’re looking for a Retread Technician to join a team of tire whisperers. Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

Do you enjoy the smell of vulcanized rubber in the morning? We’re looking for a Retread Technician to join a team of tire whisperers. Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
- Inspect and grade tire casings
- Buff and prep tires for their second chance at life
- Operate specialized equipment with precision and pride
- Perform general labor duties (bonus points if you can do it with a smile)
- Muscles (or motivation) to lift/move up to 75-100 lbs. You'll be weight-lifting all day and getting paid for it!
- Flexibility: bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, walking, standing—basically, a full-body workout
- Ability to work in a hot environment
- A good attitude and a strong work ethic (client will provide the tires, you bring the grit)
- Competitive pay

- Endless dad jokes about “treading lightly” and “rubber meets the road”
