Experienced Painter – Join Our Team! We’ re on the lookout for an Experienced Painter who enjoys bringing color, life, and a clean finish to every project. If you take pride in your work, don’ t mind climbing a ladder now and then, and can spot a paint drip from a mile away, we’ d love to meet you! What You’ ll Be Doing
- Getting surfaces ready for transformation— sanding, scraping, smoothing, and removing old paint as needed.
- Filling cracks, holes, and little surprises that pop up along the way.
- Painting interiors and exteriors using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. (Bonus points if you can handle an HVLP sprayer!)
- Keeping your workspace tidy and safe.
- Bringing a great attitude and strong attention to detail to every job.
- Solid experience as a painter— commercial, residential, or construction.
- Knowledge of different paints, stains, and finishes, and how to apply them like a pro.
- Comfort using all the usual tools (brushes, rollers, caulking guns— you know the drill).
- Good basic math skills for measuring and mixing.
- Steady balance and manual dexterity for working on ladders and scaffolding.
- Someone reliable, conscientious, and ready to take pride in their craft.
