Carpenter @ $32/hr. for a New Hotel Project in Ellsworth, MaineUp to $32 per hour depending on experience. MUST be an experienced carpenter with at least 3 years of carpentry work experience to qualify! Be part of something brand new! We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to help bring a new hotel in Ellsworth to life. If you take pride in precision, enjoy working with your hands, and like seeing a project come together beautifully, this is the job for you.What You’ll Do:As a Carpenter on the team, you’ll play a key role in making each guest room look polished, functional, and ready to impress. Responsibilities include:
Assembling hotel furniture with care, accuracy, and consistency
Installing prefabricated millwork in guest rooms (casework, trim, and other finish elements)
Reading layouts and using levels to ensure everything is plumb, square, and aligned
Safely and efficiently using power tools and hand tools
Collaborating with the project team to keep work on schedule and up to quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Solid carpentry skills and hands-on experience (must have at least 3 years of carpentry experience)
Confidence using power tools, levels, and measuring equipment
A strong eye for detail and pride in clean, precise work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, professionalism, and a good work ethic
