Job Description

Spare Person Maintain productivity and quality while ensuring compliance with all safe work practices, Health & Safety policies, and procedures. Work well with a team or with minimal supervision, know where to be at certain times throughout the day to best help with production, show initiative to get other things done. Pay attention to details (packs missing bunks, redo items) Ability to multi-task while working & adapt quickly to change Ability to take over for foreman ( including VAB recipe changes & adjustments, know how to operate TMG & FLX bench ) Able to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing Keep machines and work area clean Sort, pile & transport wood products when needed Any other duties assigned that are in the best interest of the organization
Physical Demands Must be able to bend, stoop, lift & carry boards, will need to be able to work in extreme environments & weather (hot, cold, rain, snow)
Required High School Diploma or Equivalent
