Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support carpenters, equipment operators, and supervisors as needed
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned
- Previous construction experience preferred (not required – willing to train)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must comply with all safety regulations
