Job Description
Are you looking to join a new team? Our customer in Augusta, Maine is a weatherization company serving Central Maine. They specialize in improving home energy efficiency and indoor air quality through services such as heat pump installation, closed-cell spray, foam insulation, basement moisture management, ventilation systems, and blown insulation.
They are looking for an organized, analytical individual with excellent attention to detail, organization and problem solving skills as a Salesperson to help grow their business and take them to the next level.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct in-home energy assessments
- Identify high-impact areas for improvement
- Develop whole-house weatherization plans
- Solve acute home performance issues
- Listen actively to homeowners’ concerns and goals to guide project plans
- Communicate clearly with customers and installation crews and maintain job awareness from site visit to project completion.
- Adapt plans to unforeseen conditions and site realities
- Serve as a resource for both clients and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Either strong sales experience, or home performance field experience is required.
- Proficiency with software and applications.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
