Responsibilities:
Greeting customers.
Assisting shoppers with their questions, including informing them on possible discounts and expirations in addition to suggesting products according to their preferences.
Explaining product features and benefits such as price and fit.
Managing all inventory displayed on the floor.
Designing visual merchandising.
Using point of sales (POS) systems, such as Lightspeed, helping define purchases and finalize transactions.
Staying informed about company policies regarding exchange and refunds.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Prior experience in retail is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a team
