Our Client in Eliot is looking for an Organized Sales Administrator / Supervisor for their Spa Sales & Retail Showroom to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Southern Maine and New Hampshire.
Location: Eliot, Maine
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $25-$28 +3% commission on spa salesDirect Hire
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Customer Support
• Manage spa and retail sales orders, invoicing, and delivery coordination
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and POS systems
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Prepare quotes, product information, and promotional materials
Showroom Supervision & Team Leadership
• Supervise showroom staff, ensuring professional conduct and product knowledge
• Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and vendors
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, merchandising, and seasonal displays
Sales Strategy & Performance
• Assist in setting monthly sales goals and tracking KPIs
• Collaborate with management on promotions, pricing, and product selection
• Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve performance
• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
• 3+ years in retail sales, showroom management, or administrative support
• Experience in spa, pool, or home improvement industries preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and POS platforms
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
• Weekend availability required during peak seasons
