SMT Inspection/Touchup Technician – 2nd Shift

⭐ What You’ll Do
• Inspect and touch up soldering on printed circuit boards
• Ensure products meet IPC‑610 and J‑STD‑001 standards
• Create reflow schedules and record defect data
• Work under a microscope (training provided)
• Learn from experienced mentors and job‑specific training sessions
? What Helps You Succeed
• No experience required—just strong work ethic and good hand‑eye coordination
• Familiarity with soldering or manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to follow directions, recognize numbers, and distinguish colors
• Basic math skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
