Production Supervisor \ Night Shift We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, detail oriented individual to take on the roll of Production Supervisor. We need someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, will work with a team of people to make sure production is met and Safety practices are followed. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the overall results (safety, quality, and production) of the night shift, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times. Ensure safety standards are met
Lead and cultivate a collaborative and productive team
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs
Duties include scheduling personnel and weekly payroll submission
Training, Developing, and coaching employees
Work with the team to maintain company cleanliness standards
Lead and participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness
Qualifications

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Available to work flexible hours
Prior manufacturing experience is required
