  • Set up, operate, and disassemble production equipment
  • Load/unload materials and finished goods
  • Maintain equipment and adjust for proper weights and output
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
  • Rotate into sanitation duties as directed
  • Report safety or quality concerns to supervisors or QA staff
  • Perform CCP (Critical Control Point) checks as needed
  • This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value.
 Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial equipment or food manufacturing
  • Forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding, loud, and variable-temperature environment

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching above and below shoulder levels
  • Exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving machinery, and loud noise
  • ability to work 12 hour shifts
