Assist in operating machinery to produce quality products
Follow proper procedures and all safety guidelines
Inspect products for quality and integrity; provide feedback to management
Give and receive verbal and written instructions clearly
Use your knowledge of production equipment and work‑area safety
Apply common sense and sound judgment in a variety of situations
Work closely with your team to meet production goals and support shift changes
Requirements
Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Basic knowledge of hand tools for equipment repairs
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach above/below shoulder height
Comfortable climbing and standing on ladders for repairs and changeovers
