Looking for a fulfilling role in healthcare? Our client in Portland, Maine is seeking a Temporary Physician Scheduling Coordinator to join their team! 
Location: Portland, Maine, Temporary, 3MO Assignment (starting Mid-Jan possibly sooner)Pay: $20-$23/hrHours: Monday through Friday 
Requirements:
  • Supporting the scheduling and prior authorization for surgeons/physicians 
  • In charge of all aspects of preparation/maintenance 
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Good organization skills 
  • Computer literacy 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work in high stress environment 


Preferred: 
  • High School graduate or GED 
  • Previous medical office experience with scheduling
