This position is ideal for individuals with flexible availability who are willing to work on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate has prior experience in construction, follows safety protocols, and is ready to contribute to a variety of jobsite activities, including site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials and assisting tradespeople.
- Sweep work areas and remove trash and debris to maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Handle and organize construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Respond promptly when called in for available shifts.
- Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work on short notice.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
- OSHA 10 or other relevant certifications a plus.
- Exposure to construction site environments, including dust, noise, and changing weather.
- Schedule will vary based on project needs; weekend or evening work may be required occasionally.
