Full-Time/Temporary Work Schedule: 4 day work week, M-Thur or Tue-Fri
Pay: $17.50
Job Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of production tasks to support the efficient and smooth operation of the manufacturing process. This role involves loading machinery, positioning workpieces, setting up jobs, and operating machinery while ensuring the quality and quantity of output meet established standards. The Manufacturing/Production Operator also plays a key role in material handling, product packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 
Key Responsibilities: • Machine Operation: Operate manufacturing machinery as assigned, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to production standards. • Setup and Adjustment: Assist in setting up machinery for production runs, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring equipment is ready for operation. • Quality Control: Monitor machine processing to ensure the production of parts or products meets quality specifications. Report any issues or defects promptly. • Material Handling: Load and unload materials, parts, or products onto/from machinery, conveyors, or pallets in a safe and efficient manner. • Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain work areas, machines, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized production environment. Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks. • Stock Management: Deliver parts or stock to designated work areas as required, ensuring adequate supply for production. • Packaging: Pack finished products according to specified packaging requirements and guidelines. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, equipment used, and any issues encountered. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Basic on-the-job training and experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when required. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. • Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand and power tools. • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 60lbs.
