We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to help care for our properties, equipment, and fleet.What You’ll DoNo two days are exactly the same! Responsibilities include:
General property maintenance, cleaning, and organization
Groundskeeping tasks including snow removal and lawn care
Operating power tools and assisting with basic mechanical work
Light carpentry, plumbing, and residential electrical work (a plus!)
Moving and maintaining company vehicles and equipment
Picking up and delivering parts and customer units locally
General janitorial duties and auto detailing
Pitching in with other tasks as needed throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
A motivated, dependable person with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort using power tools
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers
Willingness to learn—we’re happy to train the right person
