Maintenance Technician We’re looking for a hands‑on, safety‑focused Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations by performing mechanical and electrical repairs. Previos experience is required. Key Responsibilities
Inspect equipment daily and support production startups
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Perform basic plumbing, electrical work, pipe threading, soldering, and cutting
Assist with equipment installations
Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery
Follow all SQF, LOTO, HazMat, and safety procedures
Report all safety and food‑safety concerns
What You Need
Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics
Understanding of lock‑out/tag‑out
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work in dusty, noisy, or hot environments
High School Diploma/GED + 1 year industrial maintenance experience
Must pass technician test and respirator fit test
Willingness to work overtime and join Emergency Response Team
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, tool use
Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching
Lift 10–100+ lbs as needed
