Job Description
WE OFFER A $500 A SIGN-ON BONUS TO ALL NEW EMPLOYEE & $300 REFERRAL BONUSES! Maintenance Technician
Report all breakdowns to Supervisors, undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, & condition monitoring activities at the facility & for the equipment in it.
Physical Demands Must be able to bend, stoop, lift & carry boards, will need to be able to work in extreme environments & weather (hot, cold, rain, snow) Required High School.
Requirements: Diploma or Equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of progressive or practical experience in at least one or more of the skilled trades previously described. Valid Driver License required.

- Fabricate, construct & repair equipment. Work hand & power tools &, diverse machines (presses, saws) & equipment to preform duties. Identify creative ways to streamline process & reduce costs, engage in troubleshooting to replace or repair equipment
- Assist in training & mentoring new and inexperienced employees Maintain productivity and quality while ensuring compliance with all safe work practices, Health & Safety policies, and procedures.
- Work well with a team or with minimal supervision, show initiative to get other things done.
- Ability to multi-task while working & adapt quickly to change
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing Keep machines and work area clean
- Any other duties assigned that are in the best interest of the organization
