It's the perfect opportunity to prove what you can do and grow with us! What You’ll Do:
Operate as a machine operator, handling both automated and semi-automated equipment
Take the lead on gold spray applications, a critical part of our production process
Perform key production tasks like comb assembly, strip cutting, labeling, vialing, packaging, and quality inspection
Assemble strips into multi-test “combs” and seal them in protective foil pouches
Laminate and pouch plates, vial buffers and reagents, and wash laboratory glassware
Keep precise records of inventory, lot numbers, and quality control data
Assist with labeling, kitting, and final packaging of finished products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment—your safety mindset matters!
Report any unsafe conditions to supervisors or the EHS team immediately
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Preferred with Science background
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing things right
Ability to follow SOPs, accurately document work, and maintain high quality standards
A team player mindset, with the motivation to work independently when needed
Solid basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Willingness to pitch in with overtime or weekend work when production ramps up
Physical Requirements:
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
Bend, stoop, and use rolling stairs (max one flight)
Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
Handle temperature fluctuations, including brief time in coolers/freezers
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Comfortable working in a lab, manufacturing floor, and office setting
Computer-savvy enough for data entry and digital tracking
