What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor both automated and manual machinery to meet production goals.
- Read and interpret work orders to determine materials, setup, and production requirements.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure every product meets top-notch standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate closely with your team and supervisors to crush daily targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and promptly report any equipment issues.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production/manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of machinery operation and production processes.
- Ability to read and follow work orders and technical documents accurately.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to stand, walk, or move for 8–12 hour shifts.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, and handling materials/tools.
- Strong hand-eye coordination for precise machine operation.
- Ability to work in moderate noise, varying temperatures, and around moving machinery.
- Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, hearing protection).
