LaborerTemp-to-Hire Full Time$24/hrCumberland, ME Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. As a laborer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced fence installation crews on various projects. This role offers chances for overtime pay, career growth, and the experience of working in diverse and ever-changing environments. Responsibilities: 
  • Arrive at our office by 6:00 am daily and commute to and from job sites using company vehicles. 
  • Collaborate with the installation crew to assist in the construction and installation of fences on residential, commercial, and highway projects. 
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including but not limited to digging post holes, lifting weights of approximately 80 lbs, carrying heavy objects, and being on your feet for extended periods. 
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects. 
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and guidelines. 
Requirements: 
  • Valid driver's license. 
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 
  • Ability and willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks. 
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team. 
  • Punctuality and reliability to arrive at the office by 6:00 am daily. 
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members
