Position: LCSWPay: $5,000 Sign On Bonus, $85,0000 yearlyFull Time Direct Hire
Purpose:To provide clinical oversight of the Mental Health Case Managers and PNMI services provided by other qualified staff within the home, to include staff interventions/approaches, skill development, and mental health training and supervision. To provide outpatient treatment to referred clients. 
Qualifications: Master’s Degree.Independent clinical license preferred: LCPC, LCSW. Will consider conditionally licensed clinicians: LCPC-C, and LMSW-CC. LADC license is a plus. A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance that conform to Maine law are required. 
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  Follow all policies, procedures, processes, and respects ESM values, mission, and philosophy. Accept positive and constructive feedback professionally.  Has good attendance.  Professional at all times and presents self in a positive manner.  Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Ensure all documentation deadlines are met and all documentation is legible, clear and concise.  Use effective verbal and written communication.  Work toward organization’s goals.  Review and sign service plans, and assessments.  Provide clinical oversight for Mental Health Case Managers and residential facilities.  Provide mental health treatment to referred clients. Maintain licensure and complete all supervision requirements to move toward independent licensure.  LOCUS Certified and complete as necessary.  ANSA Certified and complete as necessary.  Provide clinical counseling/therapy to outpatient clients in all division offices. Provide clinical consultation as needed for new (potential) or existing clients. Provide training and supervision to employees – at the facilities and/or staff meetings.  Provide oversight and training to ensure all staff meet and maintain required trainings.  Work with clinical director to develop new clinical services. - Use resources efficiently. Develop positive relationships and seek to resolve conflict. - Contribute to group success. Uses effective verbal and written communication.  Participate in a minimum of one Committee. Must perform Back-Up duties as assigned, including but not limited to, Back-Up rotation and ensuring all pertinent information is given to Dispatch and Back-Up daily and/or as needed.

negotiable. All required supervision is provided for
conditionally licensed clinicians to secure independent
license.
