Kiln Laborer Maintain productivity and quality while ensuring compliance with all safe work practices, Health & Safety policies, and procedures. Work well with a team or with minimal supervision Ability to multi-task while working & adapt quickly to change Able to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing Keep machines and work area clean Sort, pile & transport wood products when needed Any other duties assigned that are in the best interest of the organization
Physical Demands Must be able to bend, stoop, lift & carry boards, will need to be able to work in extreme environments ( hot, cold, rain, snow)
Required High School Diploma or Equivalent
