Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients
Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Process policy changes, payments, and other account-related requests
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Follow up with clients regarding policy renewals and coverage needs
Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products
Assist with generating new business through referrals and sales leads
Work collaboratively with the team to meet service and sales goals
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required
Sales experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
