Our Client in Scarborough, ME Is looking for an Insert Operator to join the team!
Job Title: Insert Operator Department: Operations
Position Overview: The Insert Operator is responsible for setting up the insert machine and producing accurate
work on a timely basis. The Operator must work successfully within tight deadlines and use problem-solving skills in a
fast-paced, manufacturing, and warehouse environment. *Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
*Ability to speak, read, and write in Native English
Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm$20.00
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate insert machines (Pitney Bowes, Gunther, and Bell & Howell inserters).
• Perform tasks with Ironsides technology when required.
• Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure it efficiency.
• Complete associated QC sign-off sheets and prepare accurate paperwork.
• Report mechanical problems in a timely manner through appropriate channels.
• Adhere to client confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.
• Act as backup for fulfillment and belter during downtime or as needed.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to spot check/correct errors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and listen
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Native English
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience using Gunther, Pitney, and/or Bell and Howell inserters highly desired.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours each day.
