Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Assistant/Groundskeeper - Immediate Need! We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Assistant/Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being outdoors, this could be the perfect fit! * Please Note * Criminal background check required. What You’ll Do:
Maintain excellent curb appeal by keeping the property clean and well-groomed
Pick up trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, and parking areas
Clean and maintain common areas including the clubhouse, office, and pool area
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and painting curbs
Assist with pool upkeep and chemical recordkeeping (training provided if needed)
Support the maintenance team with unit turnovers and general upkeep
Deliver notices and flyers to residents as needed
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation (some on-call or weekend work may be required)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable using basic tools and cleaning equipment
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
