Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Assistant/Groundskeeper - Immediate Need!
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Assistant/Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being outdoors, this could be the perfect fit!
* Please Note *  Criminal background check required. 
What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain excellent curb appeal by keeping the property clean and well-groomed
  • Pick up trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, and parking areas
  • Clean and maintain common areas including the clubhouse, office, and pool area
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and painting curbs
  • Assist with pool upkeep and chemical recordkeeping (training provided if needed)
  • Support the maintenance team with unit turnovers and general upkeep
  • Deliver notices and flyers to residents as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation (some on-call or weekend work may be required)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Comfortable using basic tools and cleaning equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
Schedule:
  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Occasional weekends or extended hours as needed
