fRONT ROOM SALESCLERKRESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers as they enter storeAnswer incoming calls, assistant or direct calls Enter all work orders into computer system as well as write on work tags for incoming jobs, neat readable handwriting, typing skills needed Able to sell equipment and parts to customersHandle cash, checks, and credit card transactionsAssist customers with loading and unloading equipment some lifting requiredKeep sales room neat and orderlyEnter data, look up parts for repairs is not required but helpful in understanding & translating technician’s notes for invoicing customer Be able to read numbers, spelling is a must, English is required, ability to multi task,  use computer resources daily.    1
