Direct traffic like a boss (with a paddle, not a whistle)
Keep your cool while drivers give you the “why is there traffic?” face
Work outdoors, rain or shine—because the road never sleeps
Follow safety rules like your life depends on it (because it kind of does)
What We’re Looking For
You show up on time and ready to go
You can stand for long periods and don’t melt in the rain
You’ve got a valid driver’s license and a ride that gets you to work
You’re a team player with a sense of humor and a serious respect for safety

$25/hour starting pay
