Job Description

Are you an experienced Rough Carpenter who can frame a house and make it look like a home? We’re looking for an experienced Rough Carpenter who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and take on everything from framing and installing windows and doors to putting up that perfect siding. If you’ve got the skills and the hustle, we’ve got the projects!
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Framing: You’ll create the bones of the building. No pressure, but we need those walls to stand tall and straight!
  • Installing Windows & Doors: We need someone who knows how to make sure those windows open, close, and stay in place—and those doors? They’ll swing perfectly.
  • Siding Installation: You’ve got an eye for detail and can wrap up a building with siding that not only looks great but will stand the test of time.
What We’re Looking For:
  • You’ve got the experience from framing houses, installing windows and doors, and siding like a pro.
  • You know your tools, from hammers to saws to power drills, and you use them safely and efficiently.
  • You’re reliable and on time, because we all know construction projects don’t wait.
  • You’re not afraid of a challenge, and you’re ready to jump in wherever needed.
Bonus Points:
  • If you’ve got a sense of humor and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty (or a lot).
  • If you’re comfortable working with a team and taking the incentive when needed.
You must have prior carpentry experience (framing, siding, window & door installations) to be considered for this job. This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate(s).
