Job Description

Our customer in Skowhegan is looking for a customer service rep for their busy auto glass facility. Ideal candidates will be organized, have great customer service and phone skills and be experienced with data entry and computer software systems. Does this sound like the job for you? Apply here! 
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pmHourly rate: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
  1. Intake customer requests for auto windshield and residential window replacements
  2. Prepare quotes and work with customers to schedule appointments
  3. Order replacement windshields from selected vendors.
  4. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  5. Have good telephone skills.
  6. Need to be a Fast learner.
  7. Skilled with computer data entry.
  8. Able to handle phone and walk in customers at the same time.
