Maine Staffing Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to serve as the vital link between our field technicians and our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. M-F Pay: $25.00 /hrDirect Hire Key Responsibilities:· Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians and customers throughout the day· Coordinate daily dispatch operations for pool service technicians across residential and commercial sites.· Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner· Optimize technician routes for efficiency, factoring in traffic, weather, and service priorities.· Schedule, assign, and dispatch technicians to service appointments (will be trained)· Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and job updates· Independently handle routine issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or manager· Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding service status, rescheduling, or feedback· Coordinate daily routes and monitor progress to ensure on-time service delivery· Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and friendly phone demeanor---Qualifications:· Minimum3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferably in the pool industry.· 2+years of over the phone customer service experience· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software· Clear and professional communication with a friendly, upbeat phone voice· Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns with empathy· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction---
