Customer Service & Scheduling $19-$21/hrFreeport, Me.Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service and Scheduling Representative. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for efficient scheduling, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
  • Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for our services.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions.
  • Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
