Join the Crew – General Laborer / Carpenter’s Helper Wanted!
Ready to get out there and help build something awesome? The crew is looking for a hardworking, can-do teammate to help keep projects moving and make things happen!
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Knock down walls (demolition is oddly satisfying!)
  • Keep the work site clean and organized
  • Haul, load, and unload materials like a champ
  • Patch drywall and throw on a fresh coat of paint
  • Assist carpenters with framing, roofing, siding, windows, and doors
  • Tackle whatever the day throws at you—every day is different!
What We’re Looking For:
  • Basic construction or carpentry knowledge
  • Ability to read a tape measure (trust us, it matters!)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:
  • Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing
  • Working from heights or ladders
  • Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
  • Standing and walking up to 9 hours a day
  • Working in all weather conditions (rain, shine, or snow—we build!)
