We’re looking for a Carpenter’s Helper who’s ready to work with their hands, learn from skilled tradespeople, and be part of a crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship. You must have a basic understanding and experience in carpentry and accurately read a tape measure (accuracy matters—you’ll be tested), we want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with framing, siding, window installs, and finish work
Measuring, cutting, and prepping materials
Hauling lumber, tools, and hardware to keep the job moving
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
Supporting lead carpenters and learning the trade from the ground up
What You'll Bring:
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (hammer, drill, circular saw, etc.)
