Job Description
Are you looking to join a new team? We are looking for a seasoned and experienced professional to help our customer drive projects to success! This is a Direct Hire, Full Time, Permanent position.
Our customer is looking for an individual with the ability to independently complete all facets of the building estimating and bidding process.
Required Qualifications: • A bachelor's or associate degree in the field of construction plus four (4) years related experience is required. • Excellent math skills with an analytical, detail oriented mind required.• Proficient computer skills including MS Office products required.• Knowledge of Sage Estimating, on-screen takeoff, and Procore.• Assignment based in Fairfield, Maine but will require travel throughout Maine and New Hampshire requiring seldom overnight lodging. • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
